I have a Verizon Samsung Stratosphere 2. It was about 60-70% charged when I went to bed last night, but I plugged it in for that last little bit of power. When I woke up, the charger was still plugged in, but the phone was dead. I checked the outlet, and it wasn't working, so I reset it. Tried to turn on the phone and got nothing. Tried to take the battery out of the phone, wait, and put it back in, and still got nothing. Tried to charge the phone using different (working) outlets in the house, and that didn't work either. I also tried plugging the cord directly into the computer rather than plugging it in to the wall--still nothing.
My next step is to go to the Verizon store, unless someone has another idea.
