Stratosphere Instagram Problem - Incompatible Suddenly? Why?

[Android Question]

I kept getting a force close error on my Stratosphere all day for anytime I tried to open Instagram - I am a model, so I use this a lot just for promotional business, etc - so when it quit working and kept knocking me out, I uninstalled the app and then clicked install again - but when I opened Instagram it now says my camera doesn't meet the minimum requirement?? It won't let me use the application. I have unistalled and done this again and again, at least 4 times and the same thing each time.
Any help?
