Stream (and record) live video from Android to PC

[Sam Handwich]

I'd like an app to stream live video being shot with my phone (Droid Incredible 2) to my PC (Windows 7 x64). I would like to simultaneously record the video, either on the phone or on the PC. Streaming over wifi would be optimal.

I've found apps that offer some of this functionality, but none with all. Suggestions?

I'd like to know the apps with just some of this functionality.

I need it to stream over wireless (LTE)
