Stream from PHONE to another device

I can't seem to find an app that will allow me to stream media from my phone to another device or computer. It's always the other way around.
Any help is appreciated
 
Devices with DLNA ability like TV, PC with a DLNA program and your phone with a DLNA app.
Maybe your phone has stock DLNA ability? If not, you might search in Play Store with dlna :)
