Help Stream music from phone to laptop via bluetooth

Hello, on my Nexus 4 I was able to stream music from my phone, to my laptop speakers via bluetooth. I can't seem to get this done on my G3. Does anyone know if it is possible on this phone, or is it more likely an issue on the windows/laptop end? Thx. - Chris.

I'm at work. I prefer to use my laptops speakers as they are premium sound. Very high quality, especially compared to cellphone sound. Most of my music is on my cellphone. Also, My T-Mobile plan inclues unlimited Rasphody music, which I'd like to use. This does not include use of any PC version of Rasphsody software.

Also, its nice to use my cellphone as a music remote control while walking around instead of walking up to the laptop every time I want to change songs.

Basically, Id be using my laptop as a bluetooth speaker. I've done this before, just can't get it going on my current setup.
