Stream Videos off my Centura to a TV

I'm attempting to stream some videos I've taken with my Centura
to my Samsung TV via the USB access.

So far, I've not had any luck. The TB USB input does recognize the phone............has anyone tried this
and made it work???
 
Read the Samsung manual. Are you certain that the USB port accepts video from a cellphone USB connector? I know that my Vizio USB input only plays video from a thumb drive (or an SD card in a USB adapter). The phone doesn't look ANYTHING like a thumb drive to the TV. (I mean electrically and logically - I know that you know they don't look alike to the eye.)
 
Thanks for the insight. I think you're right about the TV not recognizing the phone via the USB. I may have to try using a micro USB to HDMI adapter instead.

I haven't actually tried it myself since I have a full HDMI port on my Tablet. I was assuming the Centura's Android version would recognize the MicroUSB to HDMI as an HDMI device but I have no proof.
