Help Streaming Audio not working "sorry player does not support this type of audio file"

I just got this phone and one of the main reasons I wanted an android was to play streaming audio from radioio.com but i keep getting this error message "Sorry the player does not support this type of audio file"
There is even an Application for android for Bubba army radio (which is from radioio.com) and it still doesnt work

I see this is an issue for people playing MP3's on their phones but havent seen anyone talking about streaming audio being an issue, any ideas?

download an app called qqplayer and see if that helps. its free and from the market.

i just downloaded it but it looks like this is for viewing videos, is there a way to listen to radioio.com through this app or something?

ok i just tried it and works. the way to listen to radioio.com is to go to the market and thier is an app to list to radioio.com the app is called radio.com that worked for me.

TuneIn is another popular app that streams local radio stations and even police stations. A stream link on a website (.m3u, etc) only plays on pc apps like winamp.that support streaming, as all the popular Android media players don't support this yet (unless the stream is specially built-in, or the app was designed just for that stream, like di.fm's app, my personal fav for dance music)
