Streaming flash video capture?

I know this has been asked before, and I am surprised there isn't not a good app to do this, but is there a way to capture streaming flash movie files? I know Dolphin used to have a plugin to do it, but it doesn't seem to exist any longer.

I don't know if there are apps for Android (there are few for Youtube, but not for other sites). The easy way is to use web based flv downloaders, like one of these:
