Help Streaming video?

Is there something wrong with Moto Droid Razrs and streaming video? Bad enough that I have a wi-fi problem at my local library (see "Loopy wi-fi?"); but one of my local TV stations streams its newscasts and they're supposed to be readable on Android devices. My wife's Samsung Droid Charge doesn't seem to have any problem with the link (m.foxbaltimore.com/stream); not one of the seven browsers I have on my phone will play this stream. (Note that even when they're not streaming a live newscast, they usually stream their weather radar; I should at least see that, including the sweeps on the screen.) In fact, two of the browsers seem to make the web site think that I'm running a version of Android prior to 2.2 (which they do not support) when in fact I'm running ICS. I have to use a real computer to get to their newscast. Something is really wrong here; but I have no idea what it is. Any guesses out there? Thank you so very much.

Well, that's regrettable in the extreme. I wonder how the user base is going to deal with this thoroughly illogical situation. The fact that there's so much Flash out there, but it's useless to anyone with the most recent software/OS/device is just crazy. Thank you for the link to the discussion. At least I know it's not the phone (at least, not solely and entirely).
