Street View on Google Maps

It used to work but now it has gone missing. GM has updated to 4.2.0 (#4210) and i wonder if that removed it?
It's not in the Layer menu.
If I hold finger down on a location it doesn't come up in a menu from that either
So how to I get it back?

Hold your finger down so a address in Google maps pops up as a little speech bubble then press on that and it will take you too another screen right under the little photo to the right of the screen press the icon that looks like a little man and it will load up street view.
