Hi I'm am a newbie to this forum. I own a galaxy S3 SPH – L710. This morning in my notification drop-down box I had one that said install android 4.4. So I clicked it and proceeded with the install. When I thought it was all done I started my phone and now my phone is stuck on Samsung with the blue notification light I need help please ..

Is that the Sprint model for the S3? Are you rooted?
Just a couple questions so that we can get you sorted and maybe moved to the correct forum so others can help too
Yes it is an S3 and I believe it's rooted but I'm not quite sure

Try this, (and I think this will work for the Sprint variant). power off the phone.
Do you know how to get into recovery? (hold the home button down, then while holding it down, hold down the volume up button. With those 2 buttons held down, press and hold the power button. When the phone vibrates, let go of the buttons. The next screen that comes up is your recovery.)
