Help Stuck at battery question mark

OK I have a Droid razr that had a screen flicker opened it to attempt a live battery pull to refresh the system found the battery is taped in so I didn't pull it but now even after factory restoring it I get a huge battery symbol with a question mark in it. How can I fix this?

How can I get rid of this question mark battery symbol. Factory reset didn't do anything.
