I wanted to re lock everything and make it stock once again. I locker the bootloader, but the RUU Fails every time and i cant even boot into Sense, please help!

Power off, hold volume down and power.
Now at the bootloader screen, run ruu.

but the RUU always fails, it says update to latest version
