Root Stuck at <Waiting for device>

So tried to root, followed the guide, everything's perfect...
Up until fastboot mode, where it stays there and cmd says <waiting for device>
Anybody have any ideas?
Thanks in advance ^^

Having the same stupid problem. It becomes extremly annoying . Maybe anyone solved this?

i'm having the same problem. I contacted the guy that came up with this "root", and he said we need the right drivers, and didn't give me anymore details. It seems the Fastboot program is outdated and can't see the Burst for some reason. I installed the Pantech Suite and I actually have the right drivers to connect to my windows 7 pc, but still the Fastboot won't detect the Burst and says <waitng for device>. We'll have to wait until somebody else comes with a better root.
By the way you can contact the hacker on twitter, and if enouhg of us bug him, maybe he'll come up with more detail maybe even a youtube video. If you do, please update this post with the dits. Twitter @ TeamAndIRC

I wish manufacturers just handed us rooted phones, since that's the only reason i buy an android anyway.

You need to install the correct adb drivers for your device, these should be available for download on xda developers website if you search in google upur phone name and adb drivers after, you should find them. Probably an obvious one also but, are you sure your phone is connected via fastboot mode? Also, make sure when you run the cmd that you run it as administrator
