Help stuck/dead pixel apps

i posted yesterday about a little white dot on my screen mainly when my screen is black...looks like its a stuck or dead pixel. whats the best app i could use to repair stuck or dead pixels? i tried dead pixel detect and fix last nite and it didn't really do a whole lot...i was going to try it again later tonite but thought i would ask if anyone else had any suggestions. thanks in advance.
