Root Stuck in a bootloop

Sorry if this is a repost but I've done a search and tried the suggestions already.

I had a rooted Charge. I finally decided to unroot it and get the 2.3.6 update because I was tired of the constant reminders. Unrooted, got the update and I am now trying to re-root the phone. I thought I was successful until I tried adding kernels. I'm stuck in a bootloop no matter what kernel I try to add. I have done a factory reset. I have wiped the dalvik cache. I'm truly at a loss as to what to do now.

Any other suggestions?

Thanks in advance! :)

Can you tell us which root method you used? Did you make a backup?

Worst case scenario, you can always use Odin to flash back to stock.

I used TweakStock and I redid it and finally got it to work. Works great but now I'm not getting any email notifications.

Thank you for answering! :)

No email notifications? First I've heard of that issue. Is this e-mail or Gmail? Maybe try clearing the app data? Sorry to hear you're having issues

It's both actually. I get no email notifications at all. I have to manually refresh to see if I've gotten anything. I thought I'd try to delete the accounts and re-add them, but there's no way to delete an email account (at least that I can see). I got the Hotmail and Yahoo apps and they both notify me instantly. I'm thinking there's something wrong with the email app on my phone?? I'm going to try K9 and see how that goes.

Other than that....LOVE TweakStock! Thank you! :)
