Root Stuck in a loop

I pulled my (cm7) phone out of my pocket today and it is stuck in a loop. The little skateboard comes rolling in and then the cyanogen 7 logo pops up continuously. The screen is very dim. no buttons work. anyone experienced this or know what to do? sorry if there is an easy solution I am a root noob.

NM - I figured it out. I just didn't know if pulling the battery was a good Idea.

So what's the fix? Mine's doing the same thing.

I just pulled the battery and waited a few seconds. Put the battery back in and it booted up. I have noticed that this happens about once every 2 or 3 weeks.
