stuck in boot loader

Ive had custom boot animation and sound on my phone 4 two days.today i stupidly changed and and when i rebooted i was stuck in boot loader mode.
any help would be appreciated.
 
Do the recovery mode by press and hold down the volume down button and power button until the LG animation splash. hope this help.
