Stuck in Booting mode

When I was trying to update my Samsung s2 firmware using odin. I was trying to install CWM , But I accidentally installed the rom using odin. and now the phone is stuck in booting mode. Samsung logo is appearing and goes of and this kepps on repeating. it want open in download mode or reset mode. what should I do

Sounds like bootloop which usually isnt end of the world. Have you got the ROM or nandroid still in SD card? If so boot into recovery and reflash should fix. May also be worth looking here or posting Q's here if this doesn't help http://androidforums.com/forums/root-samsung-galaxy-s2-international.778/
I have done this and it worked... Thankx for the help.... But there is a problem. after installing everything the phone works perfectly, but it still does not go into Download mode... and also I could not change the kernel even in recovery mode. Is there a way around this problem....

I moved this to the International S2 Root forum as the steps will be device specific and other S2 owners are more likely to offer the correct solution.:)

I can't really remember too good, got rid of my S2 years ago but isn't download mode holding vol -, home and power together, push vol - and home first just to be sure you don't boot up the phone before trying to get into download mode. If I remember correctly, don't you flash the kernel using Odin. Hopefully one of the other chaps here will be able to be of more assistance.
Have you read the rooting guides etc first in the S2 Rooting Forum? That's where I learnt what to do with mine and it was really very helpful and informative.
