Stuck in bootloader

Hey Everyone,

I got my Droid Pro last week and have had no issues with it at all until this morning. After booting up the phone I keep getting stuck at the Bootloader screen. It looks like this:

Bootloader
03.08
Err:1B,00,02,00,00


Battery OK
OK to Program
Connect USB
Data Cable

Here is what I have tried:
Battery pull
Micro SD pull
Sim card pull
Battery/Micro/Sim pull all at once
Battery pull while plugged in
Battery pull while not plugged in

Does anyone know how to fix this?

*Update*

I spoke to Verizon over the phone and they had me boot into recovery (R & M + Power Button) and do a wipe and master reset. This still didn't work and it looks like they are going to overnight a replacement to me. They claimed it is an issue with corrupt software or something.

If anyone else has this problem I would advise to contact VZW immediately and try to get it replaced under warranty.
