Help Stuck in bootloop.

Loek Meyers

Lurker
I've rooted my 2014 Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 for the second time now, whenever it turns off i get stuck in a bootloop, meaning this is the second time i've gotten stuck in one. (not smart i know) And i don't want to go to the store that sold me the tablet anymore to fix this problem. Is there any way to get out of the bootloop and remove the root? I know nothing about working on the android system so some help would be nice.

Getting out of the loop depends on why you are in it. Often a factory reset will fix, but no guarantees.

The cleanest way to unroot is to reflash the device with a new set of official software. You should be able to get that from Sammobile.com (will need your exact model number). For flashing I can never remember whether you use a program called Kies or one called Odin, because I'm not really a Samsung person, but it will probably tell you at the site you get the software from - if not someone here will post the answer.
