I am stuck in Cyanogenmod boot screen. This is the first time I've rooted my phone (I used Unrevoked) and I started by using ROM manager, but got rid of that when I saw your stick thread and instead tried manually.
Was really excited when I saw the robot skateboarding and awesome bootscreen but there it stayed for the next hour or so. I had downloaded two stable release candidates of Cyanogenmod and both of them hang.
What's more I think in the ROM Manager confusion I didn't make a backup of my original ROM so there's no going back for me... When I go into recovery mode (Clockworkmod v2.5.0.7)/backup and restore/restore it says 'no files found'
