stuck in CWM recovery mode!

Ok,so I have an rooted lg optimus l3 e400 and wanted to create a second partition on my sd card and I installed Clockworkmod and after I did it I wanted to update my software and after the software has downloaded,my phone stuck in recovery mode.I have done everything,I formated it,I went to advance and wipe cache and all things there but it's all the same.Can I do something with my PC please help
