Help Stuck in fastboot (HTC Desire 610)

Can anyone help?
I see the fastboot screen when I turn the phone on. It 1st happened today when I plugged it in to charge (battery 10% at the time) and I've tried almost all the options but with no success.

the following text appears, and I've shown what happens when I select HBOOT too:

Any help would be greatly appreciated - I suspect I've done something to make RADIO and OpenDSP invalid...
But I followed the HTC website instructions and had a live chatter guiding me through the Unlock/Bootlocker process and the phone worked perfectly for days since I unlocked.
[Why would it lose its mind when plugged in to mains power (not even usb)?]
 
I did that and also each of the other options. All resulted in return to the fastboot screen.
I also tried each of the options in hboot, nothing changed
 
Ok hrmm, connect to fastboot over usb adb bridge and send command to reboot Into os from cmd line.

I know this is not what you wanted to hear.

May work, may not?
 
the PC wasnt recognising at all, not even listing as a device.
I solved it by connecting USB and then selecting Recovery or Factory reset... I can't remember which. So I didnt learn anything from it and couldnt correct it if it happened again!
Any ideas on how to switch S-ON to S-OFF? I thought it would be done by unlocking but evidently not

and no matter how much i press the power button nothing happens im really stuck and not sure what to do also Im in Thailand for a month so can't even pop into a shop ???
