Root Stuck in Loop - Can anyone Help?

Ok during an Infused 2.1 upgrade.

I started this new topic although the history is in:

"Noob to Android Phones"

All steps were followed but it could be possible that by clicking on the wrong file to begin with may have created a recovery file but I deleted it initially.

That is the only thing I can think of as everything was followed carefully.

Right now when I boot the phone I get rainbow colors forming an X with an occassional screen freeze and then it just continues on.

I did a full Titanium backup but not a nandroid.

Any help to get me back up would be greatly appreciated.

Please let me know the thread information. Not able to find.

I know i hate it too when people are lazy and tell u to go places when they can just tell u the answer.

If u are stuck in a loop then u need to unbrick your phone. Right now ur phone is bricked, meaning its nothing more than an expensive and technologically advanced brick. All you need to do is get into download mode(either from recovery or pressing both volume buttons while plugging in the usb cable which is connected to the computer). Then just follow the instructions on this website [ODIN][UCKD5] GTG's Ultimate Unbrick - Return to stock - Working PIT included - xda-developers and as always if u have any questions watsoever just pm me or start a thread or reply here or watever and ill give u the answer and no lazy pointers. kool?

Also another solution in mind. This is what i do often when bricked:
I keep a nandroid backup everytime i change roms and i also backup the kernel.
So after flashing a new one if u see you are bricked, then just nandroid restore to where u were b4 getting bricked. and for kernels, if u install a kernel that bricks you, i go to my backup and flash that to simply undo my actions. Backups are a godly thing that is available to us. use it often and to your advantage it is helpful!
