stuck in odin mode

my phone froze up in odin mode earlier, there was nothing I could do, I had to disconnect the cable from the PC, pull the battery on the phone to restart.
It did it again, I did the same process, restarted the computer, then the ODIN mode did not freeze up installed properly, and did not affect the current crappy ICS performance the phone was already going through in the beginning
