Help Stuck in Power Saver mode, and won't detect on PC

Hey! I'm having a few problems with my HTC Inspire. It is stuck in power saver mode, and has been for a few months, the light-up-keys no longer vibrate and the screen no longer changes brightness and everything else like it'd be in power saver mode. I've tried a few things HTC suggested when contacting them about, like putting it in safe mode etc, I haven't reset the entire phone though, and wouldn't like to do that unless as a last resort. It also will not detect on my computer, I put it in USB debugging etc and opened up HTC Sync etc, and still nothing. Is anyone having or had these problems? Thanks!
