Without any particular trigger, a Galaxy Xcover 2 with android 4.1, the phone started to respond as if someones were pressing the volume down button. Specially after pressing the volume up button. Also, the power button is useless from the main menu. But I discard hardware problems since both buttons work well in other apps (camera). Because of the power button issue, I was unable to restart. I took the battery off, it restarted in safe mode and with the problem solved, for a while. The problem keeps appearing after a while and I have to restart by taking the battery out.
I did a factory reset and the problem persist.
I tried to do a hard reset but the phone can't enter the recovery mode (power + volume up + home).
Now I'm stuck in safe mode with the initial problem.
ANy ideas?
