Anyone know how to get this thing out of safe mode so I can pay my bill?
Side note: Just joined up with Sprint this month, and it will probably be my last.
You'd think I would just buy a new phone because my issue would be with the phone, not with the network. But that's where you're wrong, because the first people I tried calling were Sprint's own customer service. Their automated menu specifically says "press 3 to speak with a customer representative."
But that's not what happens when you press 3.
Instead, I heard "enter the amount you would like to pay." Excuse me? I thought maybe I pressed the wrong button. I tried again. Same result. Bravo, Sprint. Bravo. What amazing customer service. You really are the "NOW" Network. As in, "NOW you're ****ed." Or, "NOW you wish you could take back all those bad things you said about T-Mobile."
