Help Stuck in safe mode

my phone booted this morning and my home screen wasn't right with missing icons and widgets. Then noticed it was in safe mode. It is still in safe mode after a reboot. Not sure if I entered it accidentally or whether there is a problem. How do I get out of it if I entered it accidentally or should a reboot normally get out of it?

Think I've sorted it. Casemate was forcing volume up button in all the time.
