Help Stuck in safe mode

I wiped the dalvik cache on my Samsung Galaxy Ace to free up some internal memory and when I rebooted I found myself stuck in safe mode again. I have tried rebooting and removing the battery for 30 seconds; methods which have worked previously but I can't seem to find a solution. I have also uninstalled all of my apps but that hasn't helped.

You can try wipe data/factory in recovey menu or flash the rom again
