Stuck in talkback mode

I enabled talk back on my phone (LG Solo 423DL) unintentionally. I was trying to silence an alarm and I guess I pressed the wrong buttons. Now I'm stuck in talk back mode, apps don't work, and talk back just reads to me every button or icon I hit. Nothing works. Not even texting tech support in the phone.

Its called accessibility. You have to double tap on the app or setting to gain accesses. Just double tap your way into settings and locate accessibility to turn out off
