After flashing a Rom, I had an issue that I seen others on here have, where when you reboot/turn on the transformer it will kick you back to CWM or you have to "cold-boot" to get out of it, but than you loose everything you set up . So after looking around on here and other forums I found this Tool by ThingODoom over at TransformerForums.
The first time i tried it, it didn't seem to work, but the second time I tried it, it worked perfectly and I then used the CWM provided in the Tool which seems to work great. Haven't had any issues with it.
When you use the Tool you will have to be fully "Booted" up and running, not be in CWM. if that make sense. Use V0.4
