Help Stuck on 4ext preparing boot...help please

Hi folks...be gentle with me....im noob and i wanted to play with my phone....

think ive killed it....all i can get now is a bootup screen of 4ext saying preparing to boot...0 1 0 1 etc etc.

have to take the battery out to stop it...if i enter recovery mode...whatever i try...factory reset...recovery...etc just boots me to this same screen...help please!!!!

sorry i forgot to say phone is HTC Sensation...i really dont wanna throw it away just yet

i messed!

basically....i had HD revolution rom install....for a year or so....got bored...found the CM11 for it....installed that fine....then i havd battery drain issues that i couldnt fix...so i thought id go back to jelly bean...then i found CM12....so thought id give that a go....
done the recovery mode....reset/wipe cache etc...installed from zip....all seemed ok.....cept it kept gettin stuck at HTC screen....so i kept going into reocvery...wiping things!!!! :| now all i can do...boot the phone normally...starts up the cm12 boot sequence...then i get a "ENCRYPTION UNSUCCESSFUL" message...reboot phone...phone reboots into a 4EXT screen saying preparing boot...numbers just change from 0 to 1 to 0 to 1 etc etc....hangs there........weirdly if i remove the sd card i get preparing boot 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9.....1 2 3 4 etc ... and hangs there

if i power on with volume button into recovery mode....whatever i click...recovery...factory reset...sends me to this 4EXT boot screen
