Root Stuck on 4G LTE logo (HELP!)

Im rooted but not unlocked (no CMW). Everything has been okay until a couple hours ago when I tried to listen to some music (PlayerPro). No music files showed up. I used a file explorer to check my music folder. There were over 500 files there but they all seemed to be corrupted. They had names like "a" or ".,2f" etc. I plugged into my pc and it wouldn't even let me delete the files. When I uninstalled and reinstalled PlayerPro, I saw a message that said "an error has been encountered on your SD card, scanning files. No music files were found. So I did a factory reset. I have been stuck with the "4G LTE" logo for over an hour. Tried to Vol- + Power to reset and the same thing happened. What should I do?

Tried to remove battery, sim, sd also but same thing happened

If doing a factory reset doesn't work (try 2 or 3 times) , then you're stuck doing the cab method to restore your system. I have yet to see that two step system not fix a phone.

I don't exactly know how to do the cab method when I can't get out of the 4g Lte logo. Do I connect it to computer and go into download mode?
 
By the way, thanx for the reply neph! when there is a problem, seeing your callsign in a reply is a sight for sore eyes!
 
I just hope you have enough battery left to make it thru. Make sure you are on a good cable as that should provide you some power, but not much. And yes, you will need to be in download mode.
 
As soon as I ran the Kp500 exe and chose option I, I got an error that said "error during the loading DLL

What now?

Update: I was typing the filepath incorrectly. Once I fixed this everything flashed perfectly.
