When ever I turn my phone on it comes up as the logo screen and then it goes to Android System Recovery <3e>.

Press volume up/down to move highlight;
Press power key to select.
reboot system now
apply update from ADB
wipe data/factory reset
wipe cache partition
apply update from sdcard
apply update from cache
md5 check

I tried to reboot it, apply updates, wipe data and cache, and I even did the md5 check and it said all the files were fine and I rebooted it and it still went to the recovery screen. Please help me try to fix this I have tried every thing possible. I tried the button combo and the screen went black and it wouldn't turn on so I have to pull the battery out for 5 seconds and it turned on and still went to recovery mode. Please help!
