i changed roms and now it just gets stuck on the boot animations... what do i do to make it boot up again? i tried going into recovery and i try re installing the rom and that didnt work.. what do i do ?

Did you do a factory reset when you changed ROMs? System settings are usually incompatible between different ROMs, which can cause problems like this if you don't wipe the phone before installing. So try just doing a reset from recovery then see whether it will boot.
If you took a backup from recovery before installing the new ROM (and if not, please do so in future!) you can just restore that and the phone will be working as before.
If you've no backup and a wipe doesn't fix it, try downloading a different ROM and flashing that instead.
The problem in that case might be getting the ROM file onto the phone if you can't boot the phone. This is easy if your phone has a removable sd, as you can just use a card reader to copy the ROM to that. Or if it supports USG OTG and you have a cable you can copy to a USB flash drive and flash the ROM from that using the OTG cable. If neither of these is true, you may be able to mount your phone's storage over USB from recovery and copy from a computer that way, or else install adb and then "adb sideload" a ROM while the phone is in recovery. If you need any advice on these things do post again, either here or in the main forum.
