Help Stuck on boot

I recently flashed a stock ROM and it's stuck. Also I don't have recovery/root I guess because stock.

How do I put the recovery without booting into the phone? Also I don't have a power button.
 
If you dont have a power button how did you flash a phone in the first place? To be honest i dont really see how you can resolve without a power button. The two solutions require you to get into either download or recovery mode both needing the power button. The recovery method being the easiest of the two you would have to (1) factory reset in recovery, (2) If ya have a custom recovery flash a different rom. Download mode you would have to use odin to flash to stock and then re-root. Or you could flash a custom recovery and do what i mentioned can be done in recovery.
