Root stuck on clockwork recovery mod menu need help!!!

Yesterday night i factory reset my phone and when i did the phone got stuck on the clockwork recovery mod menu and when I try to restore it with a stock rom it says mismatch can someone plz help

Do you have an sd card adapter so you can put things on it via the pc? If not you would have to re-do the phone using the updater tool and then re- root n stuff.

Can someone post the de-looper or exit-recovery file. I want to have it in my SD card just incase this happens to me.

the rom loads but now it wont leave the clockworkmod recovery menu can some one help

If you keep getting an md5 mismatch when restoring a backup then you must be trying to restore a backup that you downloaded from the internet.... uploading and downloading changes the md5 or something.
I tried that with my ascend and it never worked.

Try flashing the broken out rom

UL doesn't change the MD5. What WILL change the MD5 is ANY type of modification to the file - name, files, directories, directory names, etc. (Even the type of extension, or file size on disk)
SO, that being said, there's a chance that your computer is set to index files, and because of that is attempting to store indexing information within the file and that could be causing the issue, but I'm pretty sure that windows discarded that code with XP's release (not sure, haven't looked into it in forever.)

Also, if you're getting an MD5 mismatch on the ROM recovery, there are programs that you can use to view the MD5 of a file on your computer. After you see the files MD5's in the ROM recovery, just edit the MD5 Hash text file that tells the recovery what MD5 the files are supposed to have to the new value.
For instance...if the recovery says that boot.img is supposed to have an MD5 of g324hdfdjkl234kjdi and it's 56hdkkls232jnsnkdfk3 then change the value in the nandroid.md5 file with the value you got from the MD5 checker.

It will always say that, because you havent MADE an sd-ext partition. That is normal, it SHOULD still flash. Are you turning permission checking off?
