Help stuck on google screen

Nexus 7 stuck on google screen, tried boot loader, safe mode, nothing seems to work, am new to android only had the thing a week & don't know what to do with it
 
Are you rooted ??, if yes I will move your thread to the ATR section for proper support ;)
