stuck on startup

I have rooted my sensation xe and it shows as unlocked , S ON , when i flash any rom it flashes ok but when i restart the phone it just sticks on the first screen as if it is still loading ?????? I am stuck now . Do I need to get S OFF ???? I never had this problem when I rooted my htc desire . Hboot is 1.27 .

I cant get cyanogenmod to load , but I have now got Miui to load and run and its working except i cant turn on my wifi ?????? but any other rom just seems to get stuck on loading
