Hi guys! I'm having a really urgent problem now, I've a s3 2 years old from time i bought it. Now the device is having a problem I'm unable to on it when i on the device it is stuck at the "SAMSUNG" logo. I tried to re-format my device with volume button down + Home + power button but unable to format my device... HELP!!!

what do you mean by 'format' the device? what did you actually try?

I mean Factory Resetting my device. I contacted samsung today and they just gave me some stupid reply saying that it's either a firmware or hardware issue...
Nope i'm running on original software no root.
