stuck on usb screen

i have an asus memo pad fhd 10, i plugged it in today and got a screen that shows the usb symbol and a bar, the bar changes from white to red every once in a while and eventuallly the screen goes off. I left it on the charger and it still shows this screen so yea, help please

Hi ericrouthier,
The batteries on the memo pads are definitely known to have some problems.
I'm not sure if the screen that your talking about is the bootloader/fastboot screen or the battery low connect charger screen.
Does the screen say anything on it like "connect charger" or "charger not connected" or anything else?
Have you tried holding down the power button for like 60 seconds to see if it will reset?
You can also plug it into a PC and see if it's detected by the PC, then you would know if it's the bootloader/fastboot screen and that it's just stuck there on the bootloader/fastboot screen.

Try those and let me know what happens and then we can go from there need be.

i have the same problem too...i accidently boot my asus memo pad into fastboot mode/bootloader mode its showing "no usb connected" and when i connect my tablet to pc it won't recognize my device, i also try to manually install my device usb driver still can't connect.
Who know how to fix this?? i spent a lot of time to try still can't fix it.
Let me know if you have a way to fix it.
