Help Stuck Screen

I have been recently having trouble with my phone. When I turn it on (after I shut it down), it gets stuck on the T-Mobile screen (White screen with pink "T-Mobile" words). Is there a way I can get it to run regularly again? I've tried hard resetting, running the battery out and charging it again, and even taking the battery out. My phone is an LG Optimus L90 D415 4G GSM.

If you've already tried a factory reset then the one option that's left is reflashing the phone software completely. I'm not familiar with LG phones, so can't tell you how to do that, but hopefully someone else will.

I am assuming that you've not modified the software yourself (rooted or attempted to root it), since that would change the available options. I'm also assuming that the phone has never got wet, that nothing happened to it before this problem started (e.g. being dropped, or a software update that was interrupted - though reflashing the phone would fix that last one). If anything like that is the case, or if you have any idea of anything else that might have happened before this started, then extra information will help identify the solution.

I have dropped it multiple times, however that was a long time ago. Nothing that could damage my phone has happened, at least, as far as I know. I'm not tech-savvy, so I also do not know how to re-flash my phone. Actually, a new system update was available, but I didn't update my phone. Could that have something to do with this predicament?

Not having applied an update won't be the cause. Applying a corrupted update (or shutting the phone down during an update) could have done.

I don't know the procedure for LG either - these things are manufacturer specific.

Don't know if you've flashed it or not. You might ask at https://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-l90 There used to be a button press sequence to get out of that but that was on my long lost LGOGP and I forget the sequence.

EDIT: LGOGP = LG Optimus G Pro - larger scale phone, too big for my hands, did flash it but difficult and flashed back to stock to sell it. I think that key press prob was with the stock. Boot loader lock. Had to do with holding one of the buttons longer or something to get out of it,
