Help STUCK WITH PASSWORD

6 year old has 9 dots on screen and doesn't know the combination, she has a pendo pad 7 PNDPP44SD7BLK
I have pushed the reset button but it keeps coming back to wanting the combination. Will letting the battery go flat allow us in when we recharge, I don't know what else to do I have tried many different combinations what can we do?

nope, once that password is set, it is done for.

the device will have to be rebooted and formatted to new, and allowed to register again.

then you will have to install the apps needed.
