So sprint says I got a virus that. Caused my phone to get stuck at the android boot screen. Pretty sure it was the gingerbread update but any way. They master reset my phone whipping out every thing.: ( OK whatever I'll deal with it but now my microphone won't work at all I can hear ppl in calls but they front hear me. Voice search don't work either Wtf? Help please

Take the phone back to Sprint.

Take a toothpick and gently swipe the microphone hole at the bottom of your phone. The major cause of that issue you're describing is when gunk (build up of bodily funk, oils, debris, etc.) clog up your microphone. After you swipe it clear, hit it up with some compressed air. If that doesn't do it for you, then you might want to take it into a sprint store.
