Stupid new guy

[raidmagic]

Hey all, I'm new here. I didn't know that when I bought a smart phone it meant the phone would be smarter than me.

Anyway, I am looking for sports style headphones for my Motorola Droid that have a mic on them so I can listen to music and answer phone calls and I'm not having any luck. Can someone point me in the direction to find them?

As long as you aren't stuck on brand or anything the ones i used to have came with my Black berry and if you go talk to a dealer they will most likely sell you a pair if you are nice. or i would check out newegg and tigerdirect are my two sites

Welcome to the Android Forums!

Lots of options available but steer clear of the ones specific to Apple devices because they aren't necessarily compatible...

I still haven't had any luck finding over the ear with a mic that will work on my phone I guess I'll just have to live without them.

Have you looked at the Motorola Rokr S305? They're behind the head headphones and they're likely not all that good but they should pair up well with the Droid. And one that I'm thinking of getting for myself is the Vizio XVTHB100 bluetooth headphones. They're under a hundred bucks, fit over the head, and have controls on one of the earpieces.
