I just broke my phone. I just quit my job. So phone bill is unpaid and suspended as of right now until i pay verizon money o_0.

would asurion still give me a replacement fone?
 
I have no idea. Your phone is insured through assurion, but if your assurion bill is unpaid, I don't imagine they'll honor your policy. You can always call.

Regarding your situation, I hope things improve for you. Times are tough out there.
