Root SU Binary outdated (Basix & ES) w/ EG06

So when I open Titanium Backup it started saying my SU binary was outdated and click to update it but it never worked. So I went into Superuser and preferences to manually update it from there and it says there's an update click to update. I do and it says

"The update is incapable of updating your su binary since it is installed in /sbin. This is not an error in the updater, it is an error on behalf of you ROM or kernel developer. You can continue to use Superuser with your outdated binary".

I have version 3.0.3 binary with Superuser version 3.0.7(41)

I have Basix and Electric sheep installed and recently updated the modems but the problem was before and after the modem update.

Can anyone help me? Guess it's not a big deal since everything is still working normal but I'm picky and I like my shit to be current and up to date.

Still gives a warning when i open titanium and it wont fix it.?? Did I need to do anything else?
