Hi there everyone my name is Zach and I just had a quick question. I'm not a programer or anything so bear with me but I was wondering if it would be possible to make an app that changes your phones settings so every .4 seconds or somthing like that(watever is invisible to the human eye) an immage or phrase would be dissplayed? If this is possible how hard would it be to make? Also could you make it so it overides anything on the phone, by that I mean could you have it running even during say a Facebook app? Finaly could you male this app accessible from other devices so that you can change your messages on your phone from your computer?
